Why this exists

The reference I wish I’d had on day one

I’ve had knee cartilage problems for years. Long enough to have gone through the whole arc: the scans, the specialist opinions that disagree with each other, the internet rabbit holes at 2 a.m., the supplements bought on a stranger’s forum post, the slow discovery that some of what I’d been told confidently was placeholder wisdom at best.

Along the way I read more about cartilage than anyone should have to — trial reports, imaging cohorts, rehab protocols, veterinary literature, the gray-market peptide world, surgical follow-up data. The information exists. It has just never been collected in one place, ranked honestly by how strong it actually is.

That’s what this site is. Every entry is traced back to the peer-reviewed studies behind it — 283 of them and counting, each one summarized and tagged in the study library. Every claim carries an evidence tier, and every tier carries a written rationale you can check. Where the honest answer is “nobody knows,” the entry says so.

Two things this site is not. It is not medical advice — I’m a patient who reads, not a physician, and the entries are meant to be taken to your doctor, not instead of one. And it is not a store: when product links appear they’ll be marked, and no tier or ranking is ever for sale.
