Long-term survival of high tibial osteotomy for medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee

Survival 95% at 5 years, 79% at 10, 56% at 15; 85% of patients satisfied and 84% would repeat the surgery. Age under 50, BMI under 25 predicted longer survival.
