The reference map for how food polyphenols are supposed to act on a joint: suppression of IL-1β signalling, NF-κB, MMPs and aggrecanases in chondrocytes, and of osteoclast activity in subchondral bone. Reads across compounds, which is what makes it useful and also what makes it non-specific.
