Do fresh osteochondral allografts successfully treat femoral condyle lesions?

Graft survivorship 82% at 10 years, 74% at 15 and 66% at 20, over a median 13.5 years of follow-up. Sixty-one knees (47%) were reoperated and 31 (24%) failed, at a mean of 7.2 years. Age over 30 at surgery and having had two or more previous surgeries on that knee were associated with failure.

122 patients (129 knees) with femoral condyle lesions treated with fresh osteochondral allograft (San Diego experience)
