Graft survivorship 82% at 10 years, 74% at 15, 66% at 20; 47% needed some reoperation and 24% ultimately failed. Age over 30 and prior surgery predicted worse results.

122 patients (129 knees) with femoral condyle lesions treated with fresh osteochondral allograft (San Diego experience)
