Pentadecapeptide BPC 157 enhances the growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts

cDNA microarray identified the growth hormone receptor as one of the most strongly upregulated genes; BPC 157 raised it dose- and time-dependently at mRNA and protein level, and adding growth hormone then increased fibroblast proliferation and PCNA expression with time-dependent JAK2 activation.
