A Prospective Clinical and Radiological Evaluation at 5 Years After Arthroscopic Matrix-Induced Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation

At 5 years all KOOS subscales improved significantly. Satisfaction was 93% for pain relief, 90% for daily activities and 80% for sport; 87% of patients showed good-to-excellent graft infill on MRI, with infill (p=0.033) and the MRI composite score (p=0.028) improving over time. Two grafts failed.
