Calcium and magnesium content was under 5% of daily recommended levels per serving even after long acidified cooking; lead and cadmium were a few micrograms per serving, judged a minimal ingestion risk. Contradicts the Monro lead alarm and the 'mineral-rich' marketing claim simultaneously.
