The Plasma NAD(+) Metabolome Is Dysregulated in "Normal" Aging

Plasma NAD+, NADP+ and nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide declined significantly with age, while the reduced forms (NADH, NADPH), nicotinamide and ADP-ribose rose. Plasma NMN itself showed no significant change with age.
