The hydrolysate lowered systolic blood pressure at 55 and 85 mg/kg via ACE inhibition. Included only to show the kind of evidence that exists for chicken-feet peptides — blood pressure in rats, not cartilage in anyone.

Chicken-foot protein hydrolysate (Hpp11) at 25, 55, or 85 mg/kg
Comparator
Water; captopril 50 mg/kg as positive control
Limitations
Rat study; outcome unrelated to joints; purified hydrolysate is not equivalent to eating chicken feet.
