Promisingcounts toward this tier
Patient-reported outcomes remained significantly improved at 10-16 years; 9.1% of grafts failed; 88.5% of patients satisfied. MRI tissue infill showed a nonsignificant decline from 2 years to final review.
- Population
- 87 patients (99 MACI grafts) followed prospectively for a minimum of 10 years (mean 13.1)
- Intervention
- MACI
- Comparator
- None
- Limitations
- Uncontrolled single-group cohort; the durability signal beyond RCT horizons rests on series like this, not randomized data.
