MIB-626, an Oral Formulation of a Microcrystalline Unique Polymorph of β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, Increases Circulating Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide and its Metabolome in Middle-Aged and Older Adults

The cleanest dose-response data in the field: blood NMN area-under-curve rose 1.7-fold on 1,000 mg once daily and 3.7-fold on twice daily, with substantial dose-related increases in blood NAD+. Response did not vary by sex, BMI or age, and very little unmodified NMN appeared in urine.
