Promisingcounts toward this tier
The highest-dose human NMN safety trial: 1,250 mg/day for 4 weeks produced no severe adverse events and no changes beyond physiological variation in hematology, blood chemistry, urinalysis or body composition — the study underpinning any claim that gram-level daily NMN is tolerable short-term.
- Population

- Intervention
- NMN 1,250 mg once daily orally for 4 weeks
- Comparator
- Placebo
