Lower dietary vitamin K was associated with faster loss of quantitative medial tibiofemoral joint space width in a dose-response pattern, with the trend reaching significance in the Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 stratum (P<0.025) — a fourth cohort pointing the same way as Framingham, MOST and Health ABC.
