Knee pain NRS fell from 6.4 to ~4.2–4.4 and LDL modestly decreased, but with no placebo arm the pain result is uninterpretable given OA's large placebo response.

- Adults with knee OA plus hypercholesterolemia

- Oral PPS 10 mg/kg every 4 days, two 5-week cycles

- None (single-arm, open-label)
