The independent appraisal of the Tβ4 keratopathy trial: risk ratio 9.00 for corneal re-epithelialisation, 95% CI 0.57 to 141.88, 18 participants, low-certainty evidence — a confidence interval spanning no effect. Recombinant human nerve growth factor was the only intervention with pooled evidence of benefit.
